Ikki Squeaky Shoes

Squeak... Squeak... Squeak.... Squeak... Yup!  I did it!  I really ordered Kolton a pair of Squeaky shoes from Ikki!

 Besides for the fact that these are terribly cute, there's actually rhyme and reason for that little squeaker in the heal of these shoes.  According to Ikki the squeaky sound in the shoes actually encourages children to step heel first and prevents them from walking on their toes.  I would imagine the fun squeaky sound would also help encourage your child to learn to walk too.

I know what your thinking though... Squeak squeak squeak all the time could get ummm annoying... right?  Well that's why I picked the Ikki squeaky shoe to tell you about!  There is actually an off button at the back of the heel because there's a time and place for everything right?  Well you don't have to worry about changing shoes or having an extra set of shoes with you in the event your going to somewhere that the squeak would be a distraction or disruption to others.

The design of these were really well thought out.  They are even high tops to help support those wobbly walkers and open really wide so I can slide Kolton's foot right in without a fight.

Ikki also notes their shoes fit AFO and SMO foot braces in addition to being weighted to help kids with low muscle tone (hypotonia).  They really thought the design through when developing these adorable squeaky shoes!
