- A few weeks ago we received a ZOKU Quick Pop Maker which we absolutely love! (Read that review here) I love how when we keep it in the freezer it takes just minutes to make a popsicle. So I've been doing some searching to find the easiest, quickest, and best popsicle recipes out there.
- I've narrowed it down to 4! With these 4 recipes you can seriously create thousands of different popsicles. With summer coming up, who wouldn't love a cool treat! And with the ease of the ZOKU you can have it in minutes!
- Easy Yogurt Pop
- 1 Cup yogurt flavor of choice
Add chopped fruit if desired and blend to mix honey and yogurt.
I used Chabani's Strawberry Rhubarb low-fat Greek Yogurt Flip which was so good! It has some crunchy graham cracker pieces mixed in with creamy frosting chunks. It really added some texture to my popsicle
1 (6g) unsweetened Kool-Aid powdered drink mix
1 (3oz) box of Jello gelatin
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cups boiling water
1 cups cold water
Mix together Kool-aid, jello, and sugar well. This recipe is too large to use all at once in a ZOKU maker. So divide the powder combination in half and set one half aside for another time.
Stir in 1 cup of boiling water to dissolve powder combination well. Stir in cold water. Pour into molds.
If using traditional popsicle molds, do not divide and separate and use 2 cups of boiling water and 2 cups of cold water.
1 pkg of Jello Instant pudding
2 cups cold milk
1 cup thawed cool whip
Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk for 2 minute
Stir in cool whip
Pour into Zoku
1/3 cup sugar
2 cups fruit juice
In a small saucepan, bring sugar and 1/3 cup of water to boil over high heat stirring until sugar dissolves. Transfer to a 4-cup liquid measuring up or medium bowl and refrigerate until cool, about 30 minutes. Stir in juice and pour into pop maker.
Or..... You can cheat like I did and use a packet of Crystal Light... This packet I found on Amazon and it makes 2 gallons! But I only added half the water and it made a super sweet (sugar free) Rasberry popsicle. TOO TOO GOOD!
