The Bluapple

Oh I only wish I had received my set of Bluapples before I threw away the latest batch of bananas.  The Bluapple’s are an ethylene gas eliminator, so what does that mean for you? Well as our fruits and veggies ripen they produce a natural ethylene gas which then makes them ripen faster or in some cases spoil faster.

The Bluapple contains a packet of active ingredients granules which absorbs ethylene gas continuously slowing the process of ripening and spoiling of your produce.  The granules are organic, refillable every three months, non-toxic and non-allergenic.

But if you’re like me, it can be hard to remember to change that little packet every three months.  So I signed up on http://www.Thebluapple.com to receive a single notification e-mail.  What a great concept!  Now I don’t have to remember all on my own, which is really next to impossible.  My kids say I never remember anything and they’re right.

I spent a good amount of time on The Bluapple website this morning, and all of the facts and tips they provide are an excellent source of information on how to keep your food fresher longer!  I strongly suggest that even if you don’t have any intentions on buying a bluapple, check out the website for the knowledge source at least.
