It was almost 7 years ago when I first heard of Gluten allergies, a good friend of mine was diagnosed with the allergy and we all including her own mother searched up and down for foods for her to eat.  It was rare that we actually found anything she could enjoy and when we were successful, we bought the items in bulk.

7 years later, the times have really changed.  We have become more educated about Gluten-Free products and now there are not only support groups but millions of products at an arms reach.  Although the battles of a gluten allergy are not a personal experience of mine, I sympathize with those for those who struggle with this.  That is why I am very excited to introduce this book to you; The Essential Gluten-Free Grocery Guide. 

This shopping guide has covered over 44,000 products including 3,300 name brands!  As I looked through the book I was extremely impressed with not only the selection but the organization of the products listed.  The products that are listed range from our favorite sport drinks to flours and baking mixes.  Not only can you easily find the type of product you are looking for, but then several products are linked with what stores carry that item.
