Man Cans

Does your hubby have a man cave?  Or how about just a room where all the guys gather?  Man Cans are neat and will make the perfect gift for any manly man with that cave of their own.  Why?  Because Man Cans are made just for him!  Man Can’s are created from scents like Sawdust, Campfire, and Fresh Cut Grass.  I even like the Fresh Cut Grass because it smells like a sunny spring day.  Oh but I wish I had ordered Hot Coco!  Gosh some of these just sound so good!! Skoy Cloth for the Holidays

No mom likes to be told she has to clean for the holidays, but what if you could make it a little easier on her? Crayon Rocks Christmas Edition

This is my second review for Crayon Rocks and I just

 knew I had to bring them to you for the holiday

season because they are such a great gift for our little ones. My kids loved them months ago when we received them for Easter and still just as much now that I have them out once again.

The crayon rocks are made from pure natural waxes that come from American soy beans and for such little easy to hold crayons they really last a long time and color with such beautiful bright colors. These were developed as “rocks” to help
younger children prepare and learn how to
 hold them in a tripod effect which later
 prepares them to use pens and pencils.

After 23 years of teaching special needs students, Miss Barbara developed these crayons because she realized just how important it is for our children to develop that tripod grip. A tripod grip is using a your first and second finger and thumb, which is essentially how you hold a pencil so you can also understand how your child’s hand writing skills will depend on this technique later on in life. My personal thought, why didn’t someone think of this when I was a kid, my handwriting stinks!

Pampers Kandoo Shampoo

My favorite children’s products are the ones that are almost child-proof, does that make any since at all?  No, of course not so let me explain.  We have a pretty pretty princess who is 3 now and LOVES to “I do it!”  But if I tell her no to avoid the messes how will she ever learn to grow and do things for herself? So I guess “I do it” is ok when I find the products that are child proof so to speak. 

Pampers Kandoo has a sweet smelling 2 in 1 conditioning shampoo in a cute little pump bottle.  Yup I said it pump bottle which makes this a great child-proof product.  Other children’s shampoos and conditioners tend to spill in the tub, make a mess when knocked over, or the kiddo’s use WAY to much when squirting it in their hands.  This little pump bottle prevents all of that! 

Besides for the awesome design of the bottle how does the actual shampoo test?  We love it!  Like I said before, it’s sweet smelling plus tear free and dermatologist tested.  With natural fruit extracts to clean the dirt and grime out of her hair it also conditions with the Vitamin E.

John Paul Pet Products

Its summer and it seems like our pets get just as dirty as the children do.  We recently re-leveled our yard and are in the process of trying to get some grass to grow but it seems like Jen the cat would rather be outside rolling around in the freshly watered dirt than inside under the table lately. Then last night I remembered that I had also recently received a package from John Paul Pet.  Yes the same John Paul that is the co-founder of Paul Mitchell’s amazing hair products! So I dug out the neatly packaged Puppy Care Pack and decided now was the time to check it out. 

The three piece set comes with Waterless Foam Shampoo, Tearless Shampoo, and Full Body & Paw Bath Wipes.  Now no, I couldn’t get my 18 year old cat to jump in the bath tub to try the tearless shampoo so that I’ll have to pass on to my mother for her Miss Bailey Puppy.  But the Waterless Foam Shampoo and Full Body & Paw Bath Wipes were awesome!

Jen’s the type of cat that’s happy as long as someone is paying attention to her.  But at the same time she’s also kind of a snob, after all like I said she’s 18! I’m pretty sure she has every right to be.  Did you know that’s 89 years old in human years?

So when my snobby grandma kitty let me take the wipes to her tail, legs and paws, I was really surprised.  First off they smell great. Second, the moisture content in them is perfect for a cat because they were wet enough to do the job but not so wet to freak her out. 

The Waterless Foam Shampoo was awesome as well!  I used a little bit at a time rather than soaking her all up and she did great!  Plus now she smells way better!

SunRype Pay It Forward Sweepstakes

I have to admit, I love fruit snacks so whenever I have the chance to try a new kind I jump right on it!  Well over the last week we have had the opportunity to try SunRype Products and they are a great take along snack for the kids.
